What it is, and what it is not
- Its figures are arithmetic on comparables and public data. They are not a valuation, survey, mortgage offer or financial, legal or tax advice. Use a surveyor, a mortgage adviser and a solicitor or conveyancer before you commit.
- Public data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and tax rules change. Check anything dated, especially property tax rates.
- It is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it.
Your account and your data
- Sign-in is with Google. Keep your Google account secure; anyone who can use it can use Gaffwise as you.
- What you enter is yours. It is visible to the members of your household, and to no one else. Only invite people you want to see it.
- Use it for your own home search. Do not use it to scrape or overload the public services it draws on, or to store anything unlawful.
- We may suspend an account that is misused. You can stop using it whenever you like and ask for your data to be deleted, as the privacy page explains.
